As the Digital Marketing Manager for both Novotel Cairo El Borg & Novotel Cairo Airport you will lead the strategic development and execution of the hotels digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. This includes driving performance across direct and indirect digital channels enhancing brand visibility and optimizing digital guest touchpointsall in alignment with Accors commercial objectives and digital standards. The role complements and contributes directly to the hotels B2C business mix while also supporting the visibility and engagement of the ALL Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce preferably within the hospitality or retail sectors.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language(s) a plus.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies tools analytics and platforms.
- Proficiency in content marketing CRM paid advertising and social media management.
- Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Energetic proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
