Role Overview
The Community Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with members creating an engaging atmosphere and strengthening the boutiques community both in-person and online. The role focuses on member experience retention events and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with members and visitors

Create a welcoming and motivating community environment

Organize member events challenges and social activities
-
Engage with members through social media messages and in-club communication
-
Collect feedback and share insights with management
-
Support member retention and loyalty programs
-
Promote classes programs and special offers
-
Collaborate with trainers and staff to enhance member experience
-
Represent the brand at local events and partnerships
-
Support onboarding of new members
Requirements
-
Experience in customer engagement community management or hospitality (preferred)
Fluent in English
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Active presence on social media (Instagram WhatsApp etc.)
-
Friendly energetic and approachable personality
-
Passion for fitness wellness and lifestyle
-
Creative mindset with good organizational skills
