Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and hiring top IT talent to support our companys growth and success. This is a full-time permanent position based in Beirut Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job postings social media and networking events
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate data
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT recruitment preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring IT professionals
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies including software development data analytics and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
