PrimeTalent is Hiring
We are hiring a Recruiter / Talent Specialist for our reputable company in Beirut area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment process across different platforms
Design onboarding off boarding L&D programs and trainings
Manage talent pipelines support employer branding
Forecast hiring needs with leadership & shape candidate profiles
Support performance management and employee retention
Qualifications :
Key Qualifications:
3 Years of Experience in recruitment or talent development
Experience in designing onboarding training & performance system
Bachelor degree in HR Business Recruitment
SHRM-CP PHR LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are a PLUS
Age between 27 35
Additional Information :

Working Days Monday till Friday
