Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell GraduateProgramme you must meet the below requirements:
ProfessionalQualification: BachelorsorMastersdegree inEngineering(Mechanical Electrical Chemical and Industrial& System)
Qatari Nationality
Keen to work in RasLafan(RLC)
Suitable candidates should be either:
Recently graduated (in line with the 2024/2025 academic year) or will graduate during 2026 (in line with the 2025/2026 academic year) and are currently not sponsored; orHave experience in the Energy sectorof less than 3 years (in alignment with the industry recruitment guidelines).
