Managed Services Onboarding Operations Coordinator

• Collaborate with presales sales and RevOps teams by providing onboarding guidelines requirements or clarifications during the presales cycle.
• Validate deal scope and feasibility on behalf of the onboarding team before project initiation.
• Ensure high-quality data intake for newly signed deals to enable seamless deployment by project managers and onboarding specialist.
• Strengthen and optimize onboarding processes through coordination with cross-department teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor project progress and team performance.
• Define track and analyze onboarding KPIs.
• Contribute to FinOps practices related to onboarding and deployment costs.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams seeking guidance on onboarding standards and methodologies.

• Proven experience supporting presales-heavy onboarding environments with the ability to structure validate and operationalize presales inputs at scale.
• Strong focus on data quality and deal readiness experience validating deal scope assumptions and feasibility before handover to onboarding and project teams.
• Hands-on experience working with JIRA and Power BI to build maintain and improve dashboards tracking onboarding progress workload and team performance.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end onboarding and delivery processes enabling effective coordination and shared ownership across presales sales and operations teams.
• Ability to take ownership of presales information processing reducing bottlenecks and supporting growing workload within the onboarding organization.
• Process-oriented mindset with experience documenting standardizing and improving operational workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills allowing you to act as a trusted point of contact for onboarding standards and best practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaling environment where priorities shift and workload increases.
