Position Overview:

Main Missions:

• Manage warehouse storage activities and supervise the warehouse team.
• Receive goods and materials ensuring full compliance and accuracy of deliveries.
• Organize product storage based on available space and ensure proper recording in SAP.
• Oversee truck unloading operations and support production supply.
• Maintain accurate stock levels to track product movements and trigger replenishment when necessary.
• Perform basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure adherence to 5S standards.
• Receive non-production materials and verify delivery conformity.
• Analyze negative stock entries and support delivery of critical references.
• Ensure preparation and loading of exports in line with work instructions and customer requirements.
• Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure strict adherence to work instructions SAP data accuracy and FIFO principles.
• Actively collaborate with all relevant functions to achieve and maintain the following certifications IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.
  

To be successful for this role :

• A university degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination inventory control or shop-floor logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving storage stock accuracy and material flow.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• SAP knowledge or similar ERP system is appreciated.
• Good analytical vision.
• Excellent communication skills

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in both French and English
