Job Summary

Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process collaborating with department heads to develop realistic financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate performance identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian financial regulations IFRS and internal controls; manage audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance reporting capabilities.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and professional development.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions new product launches and expansion plans.
Monitor key financial KPIs and deliver executive-level presentations to highlight performance risks and opportunities.
Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to safeguard financial assets and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
25 years of progressive experience in financial management within the Financial Services industry with exposure to banking asset management or investment services.
Proven expertise in financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and local tax compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of team development and performance management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment with a strong focus on accuracy integrity and strategic thinking.
