About the Role:
Were looking for a highly organized proactive and energetic Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Tel Aviv headquarters. This person will play a key role in creating a smooth professional and fun work environment that reflects Agoras vibrant culture. Youll be the heart of our officeensuring everything runs seamlessly supporting our teams and helping make Agora an exceptional place to work every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TLV office maintaining a welcoming productive and well-organized workspace
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees guests vendors and building management
- Manage office logistics including supplies equipment pantry and facility maintenance
- Support onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage office-related budgets expenses and vendor relationships
- Help ensure a safe efficient and inspiring workspace for all
