ملخص الوظيفة


  • Lead the showroom to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience aligned with KYMEs brand values.

  • Handle complex customer inquiries complaints and escalations professionally.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.

  • Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to improve results.

  • Recruit onboard train and develop showroom staff.

  • Schedule shifts manage attendance and ensure adequate floor coverage.

  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions.

  • Motivate the team through recognition incentives and performance tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and code of conduct.

  • Oversee daily showroom operations including opening and closing procedures.

  • Ensure accurate stock levels conduct regular stock counts and manage replenishment.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for stock availability.

  • Minimize stock loss damage and shrinkage.

  • Ensure cash handling POS usage and end-of-day reports are accurate.

  • Maintain showroom layout displays and visual merchandising in line with KYME guidelines.

  • Ensure the showroom is clean organized and visually appealing at all times.

  • Implement promotional displays and seasonal campaigns as directed by the marketing team.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales inventory team performance and customer feedback.

  • Coordinate with HR on staffing performance issues and training needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and launches.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field is preferred.

  • 35 years of experience in retail management preferably in fashion lifestyle or premium brands.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail teams.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations inventory management and customer service excellence.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Sales-driven with strong commercial awareness.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting tools.
