Brand Management
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
Establish performance specifications cost and price parameters market applications and sales estimates
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends research consumer markets and competitors activities
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Align the company around the brands direction choices and tactics along with the marketing director

Core Competency Framework:
Bachelors and or MBA degree in marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing.
Familiarity with the latest trends technologies and methodologies in graphic design web design production etc.
5 Years of experience and expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising market research consumer behavior marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience preferably in the fragrance and or fashion industry and in the marketing field.
- Excellent communication skills report formulating presentation and Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required.
Easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.
Familiar with G-suite applications
