Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Facebook campaigns for the US market.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce compelling video content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video campaigns.
- Provide input on scriptwriting shot lists and visual elements to enhance the effectiveness of video content.
Advantages:
- Oversee the post-production process including video editing color grading sound design and motion graphics.
- Video editing skills (e.g. Canva Capcut etc.).

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Economics Industrial Engineering Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in FB campaign management
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking proficiency in Excel
- Creative intuition
- Independent and highly motivated to succeed
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry
- Strong written English and copy-editing skills
