Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Facebook campaigns for the US market.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
Identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce compelling video content.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video campaigns.
Provide input on scriptwriting shot lists and visual elements to enhance the effectiveness of video content.

Advantages:

Oversee the post-production process including video editing color grading sound design and motion graphics.
Video editing skills (e.g. Canva Capcut etc.).

Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Economics Industrial Engineering Business or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in FB campaign management
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking proficiency in Excel
Creative intuition
Independent and highly motivated to succeed
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry
Strong written English and copy-editing skills
