Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent guest service efficient team performance and profitable business results. This role involves managing a team maintaining quality standards controlling costs and creating a positive dining experience.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Hire train schedule and supervise team members
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality cleanliness and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory place orders and control beverage and labor costs
- Enforce health safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash handling sales reports and basic budgeting
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
Additional Information :
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management within Middle Eastern region
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic financial and inventory management skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
