Job Title: Bakery & Pastry Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Muscat Oman. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in baking and pastry preparation with a passion for delivering high-quality baked goods. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented in following recipes and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads pastries cakes and desserts.
Develop and present new menu items and seasonal specialties.
Ensure consistency and quality of baked goods according to company standards.
Monitor kitchen stock and ingredient levels report shortages.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
Assist with packaging labeling and inventory control.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in bakery or pastry roles
Knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and food safety practices
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation
Must be currently in Oman or ready to join immediately
Gender: Male
Preferred Nationalities: Indian Sri Lankan Nepali
