ملخص الوظيفة
Manage day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for a defined region within Cluster 1 ensuring safe reliable and efficient water and wastewater service delivery.
Drive operational performance execution of maintenance and NRW activities and effective control of contractors while ensuring alignment with Cluster priorities and proactive coordination with NAMA central functions and other clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Manage O&M of plants networks pumping and storage; ensure service continuity quality compliance and emergency response readiness
- Performance:. Ensure or facilitate delivery of performance plans in the region eg. NRW energy etc. Incollaboration with the Technical & Performance direction
- Asset Management: Implement preventive predictive and corrective maintenance; provide input to asset condition and renewal needs
- Contractors: Supervise outsourced activities ensuring performance quality of works and compliance; support optimisation of delivery model
- Interfaces: Coordinate with central functions and other regions ensuring effective implementation of processes and alignment of activities. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the region: NWS local authorities
- Projects & Systems: Support project delivery commissioning and integration; oversee SCADA GIS and operational systems
- Leadership: Manage regional teams set objectives and drive performance and capability development
- Governance: Ensure QHSE compliance risk management and safe field operations

- Reliable and continuous water & wastewater services at regional level
- Delivery of operational performance and maintenance targets
- Strong control and performance of contractors in the field
- Effective implementation of NRW and efficiency actions
- Compliance with quality environmental and safety standards

Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical Civil or related field)
- 812 years of experience in water/wastewater operations
- Experience managing:
Field O&M activities
Contractors and service providers
Operational teams
- Strong knowledge of:
Networks and/or treatment plant operations
Maintenance and work management systems
NRW field activities
- Hands-on operational mindset with ability to work in multi-interface environments
Required Skills:
Engineering degree (Mechanical Civil or related field) 812 years of experience in water/wastewater operations Experience managing: o Field O&M activities o Contractors and service providers o Operational teams Strong knowledge of: o Networks and/or treatment plant operations o Maintenance and work management systems o NRW field activities Hands-on operational mindset with ability to work in multi-interface environments
