As an Emerging Business Account Manager you will own a high-volume portfolio of emerging customers driving renewals expansion and retention through data-driven decision making automation and strong commercial execution. Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 300 emerging business accounts with full ownership over renewals expansion and churn prevention
Identify forecast and close upsell opportunities within your book of business to consistently meet individual revenue quotas
Proactively detect at-risk accounts using product usage data and behavioral signals and execute intervention plans to retain and grow revenue
Act as the commercial owner for your clients clearly articulating the value of AppsFlyers platform and ensuring ROI alignment
Accurately manage pipeline forecast deal cycles and execute against clear action plans
Partner closely with the Customer Engagement team to drive customer satisfaction and long-term success
Leverage automation AI and scalable sales tools to optimize client touchpoints prioritize accounts and increase efficiency
2 years of experience in Account Management SaaS Sales Customer Success or a similar commercial role
Proven track record of managing a high volume of accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong ability to work autonomously in a regionalized timezone and manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present value propositions to customers with varying levels of product knowledge
High level of organization time management and attention to detail
Demonstrated success navigating small or emerging organizations identifying decision-makers and driving commercial outcomes
Intellectual curiosity resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing market
Full professional proficiency in English
Proficiency in additional languages
Experience working with automation AI-driven tools or scalable sales motions
