Role summary
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Israel for a highly strategic and commercial role. This is a sales-oriented position focused on retention and revenue growth managing high-potential customers across multiple EMEA markets.
You will build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders lead strategic conversations and drive upsell and expansion opportunities through long-termaccount planning and strong execution.

Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention expansion
Lead commercial conversations: upsell / cross-sell / renewals
Build relationships with C-level and senior management
Create and execute account plans (quarterly/annual growth plans)
Deliver QBRs and customer presentations with strong storytelling and business impact
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve issues and drive outcomes
Track progress and pipeline in CRM with clear reporting and forecasting
Who you are
3 years experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Sales (B2B)
Strong selling ability negotiation skills and commercial mindset
Excellent presentation skills and experience leading executive meetings
Ability to plan long-term manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
Languages (Mandatory)
English fluent
Russian or Ukrainian fluent
Preferred
Enterprise sales / enterprise account management experience
Fintech / payments industry background
Hebrew advantage
