Key Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure attendance and discipline.
  • Implement directives from top management.
  • Administrative Operations
    • Manage office files correspondence and official documents.
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of records.
    • Follow up on contracts invoices and office expenses.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise office staff (secretaries customer service admin assistants).
    • Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to management.
  • Logistics & Coordination
    • Organize meetings training courses workshops and conferences.
    • Coordinate between departments (Sales Marketing HR).
  • Communication & Relations
    • Handle communication with external parties (suppliers partners guests).
    • Welcome doctors and trainees ensuring a professional image of the Association.





    Requirements


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management preferably in education medical or training organizations.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with CRM/ERP systems.
