Key Responsibilities
- Establish nurture and manage relationships with luxury F&B retail tenants and hotel operators to ensure a harmonious operational environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and operators addressing concerns queries and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalahs services.
- Coordinate with various departments within the Property Management Team to ensure that tenant and operator needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations ensuring that relationship management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
- Utilize cuttingedge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship management processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory safety and quality standards in relationship management processes.

- Successful establishment and management of positive relationships with luxury F&B retail tenants and hotel operators that uphold Sindalahs ultraluxury standards.
- Effective coordination and communication that contributes to tenant and operator satisfaction.
- Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding relationship management initiatives.
BACKGROUND SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing relationships within a luxury or ultraluxury environment preferably with F&B retail and hotel sectors.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance relationship management processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications in relationship management or a related field are preferred.
