Job Summary


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish nurture and manage relationships with luxury F&B retail tenants and hotel operators to ensure a harmonious operational environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and operators addressing concerns queries and ensuring satisfaction with Sindalahs services.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the Property Management Team to ensure that tenant and operator needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations ensuring that relationship management initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Utilize cuttingedge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of relationship management processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory safety and quality standards in relationship management processes.

  • Successful establishment and management of positive relationships with luxury F&B retail tenants and hotel operators that uphold Sindalahs ultraluxury standards.
  • Effective coordination and communication that contributes to tenant and operator satisfaction.
  • Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding relationship management initiatives.


BACKGROUND SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in managing relationships within a luxury or ultraluxury environment preferably with F&B retail and hotel sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to enhance relationship management processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in relationship management or a related field are preferred.
