FM Advisor Soft Services
Location: Jeddah KSA
Contract: 1-year project (with potential extension and future opportunities)
Salary: SAR per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled FM Advisor (Soft Services) to support the establishment and operationalization of a comprehensive Facilities Management Office (FMO) for a major project in Jeddah. The role focuses on developing strategies service delivery frameworks performance standards and operational processes for soft services in alignment with international best practices and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory & Strategy Development: Define soft services strategy operating model and service delivery standards.
- Performance Management: Develop KPIs SLAs and monitoring tools for cleaning landscaping pest control and other soft services.
- Policies & Procedures: Create SOPs workflows and compliance frameworks for all soft service functions.
- Procurement Support: Advise on sourcing strategies evaluation criteria and vendor management for soft services contracts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure service delivery meets ISO 41001 standards and sustainability principles.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams service providers and consultants to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
- Knowledge Transfer: Support capability building and training for client teams on soft services best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Facilities Management Hospitality or related field.
- Experience: 812 years in facilities management with a strong focus on soft services advisory or consultancy.
- Mandatory: Consultancy/advisory background (not contractor/service provider) proven KSA experience familiarity with government entities and large-scale projects.
- Preferred: Professional certifications such as CFM ISO 41001 Auditor or similar. Experience with CAFM systems and performance management frameworks.
