The Relationship Advisor MEA provides essential internal coordination and support to stakeholders ensuring smooth collaboration and operational efficiency across departments. This role is focused on facilitating effective communication supporting internal teams and helping deliver seamless support for IFS products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide support in resolving coordination challenges and managing follow-ups.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely and effective responses to requests.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support engagements and internal processes.
- Participate in team meetings to share feedback and support process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer service procedures and support delivery plans.
- Communicate effectively in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Qualifications :
- Experience in internal coordination stakeholder support or advisory roles.
- Exposure to sales and/or pre-sales support functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Technically literate and comfortable with internal engagement technologies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
