Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives.
- Maintains contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate and protects contract revenue stream.
- Ensures timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrade and add-on.
- Manage and own the customer renewal process.
- Negotiate and close renewal agreements with existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to prevent churn.
- Track renewal metrics and report on renewal performance. Forecasting & Reporting
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Align with sales account managers on the renewal strategy risk mitigation and potential expansion.
- Advises account managers channel partners and end-user customers to renew and extend expiring renewal contracts.
- Executes the regional account plan & ensures renewal deals are progressing on time.
Education & Experience:
- 5 -7 years of experience in Sales-related roles preferably in renewal sales inside sales account management or retention & customer success.
