Data Analysis & Insights
- Investigate business performance to identify growth optimization and efficiency opportunities.
- Deliver clear fast insights that support decisions in a high-velocity environment.
- Analyze customer behavior purchasing patterns and volume drivers across the customer lifecycle.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and recurring deep-dive (channel performance outlet segmentation promo/seasonality impact etc)
Reporting Dashboards & KPI Tracking
- Help Define and Standardize Key business performance metrics.
- Build and maintain Dashboards and reports with strong storytelling and usability.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy consistency and scalability across reporting outputs.
- Automate recurring reporting where possible to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
Data Preparation & Automation
- Clean transform and consolidate datasets from multiple sources (Excel files system exports 3rd party data census data etc)
- Use Python to automate workflows (data prep validation checks recurring exports KPI Pipelines etc)
- Maintain well-documented reusable analysis outputs (templates scripts refresh steps.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analyst role
- Strong Advanced Excel skills
- Strong background with Power BI (Power Query data modelling DAX measures and dashboard design) or similar visualization tool (SAC Tableau Metabase etc..)
- Good Python foundations
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous business asks into measurable outputs.
- Clear communication and ability to present insights simply to non-technical stakeholders.
- FMCG Experience
- RTM Projects Experience
- GIS tools exposure
- Familiarity with SQL
- Familiarity with Trifecta and Snowflake
