This is an opportunity to join the marketing team in Amazon MENA to launch a new and innovative business products and solutions to engage Media publishers content creators and website owners. Amazons marketing team is looking for a Account Manager to play an integral role in building engaging and scaling affiliate partners across MENA.

Key job responsibilities
1. Account manage top 100 Affiliate partners responsible for Amazons advertising in the MENA region
2. Plan and implement innovative affiliate marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and engagement
3. Onboard and educate partners on Amazons affiliate program and set-up best practices to improve partner effectiveness
4. Establish communication channels to deliver a high standard of partner experience
5. Create maintain and present channel performance reports and conduct deep-dives to continuously improve channel scale and efficiency
6. Act as the voice of Affiliate in understanding their needs and influence product roadmap to devise novel solutions that improve productivity and performance.




- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Bachelors degree in marketing economics business or equivalent
- Experience with Excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions power pivots etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- 4 years of marketing/ partnerships experience.
- Interest in the technical aspects of digital marketing

- 7 years of work in partner management within e-commerce or technology sectors experience
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Masters degree in marketing economics business or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries
