Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and non-medical roles.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards and medical networks.
Screen interview and evaluate candidates effectively.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
