ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Perform 6G welding on carbon steel stainless steel alloy steel duplex and other metals.
Execute TIG (GTAW) root and hot pass welding and SMAW fill and cap welds.
Prepare joints through grinding beveling cleaning and proper alignment.
Ensure welding parameterscurrent voltage filler wire electrode typefollow WPS.
Test inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of welds before QC inspection.
Work in various positions (1G6G) and environments such as confined spaces and heights.
Maintain welding equipment tools and consumables in proper working condition.
Follow all safety requirements including PPE hot work permits and housekeeping rules.
Support fabrication and erection teams when required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Trade Certificate / Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 58 years experience as a Welder in oil & gas construction or industrial projects.
Must hold valid certification in:
6G GTAW SMAW (ASME / AWS / CSWIP approved).
