- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor
- Strong expertise in structural welding techniques: SMAW FCAW GTAW MIG/MAG
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards
- Familiarity with NDT processes (RT UT PT MT) and coordinating with QC teams
