ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Perform aluminium welding using GTAW (TIG) and/or GMAW (MIG) processes.
Read and interpret welding symbols drawings and WPS.
Ensure welding work complies with approved WPS PQR and ITP requirements.
Carry out welding on aluminium structures piping plates and sections.
Conduct visual inspections of completed welds and rectify defects as required.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper use of consumables.
Follow HSSE rules and safe work practices at all times.
Work in coordination with supervisors QC inspectors and fitters.
Maintain productivity and quality standards as per project schedule.
Requirements
Qualifications & Certifications
ITI / Technical Certificate in Welding or equivalent.
Valid Aluminium Welding Certification (AWS / ISO / ASME or equivalent).
Certification in TIG and/or MIG aluminium welding is mandatory.
Knowledge of aluminium grades and welding consumables.
Minimum 58 years of experience as an Aluminium Welder.
Proven experience in shipyards marine structures offshore modules or fabrication yards.
