ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Perform pipe welding in 6G and 6GR positions as per approved WPS.
Carry out welding using processes such as SMAW (Stick) GTAW (TIG) and/or FCAW/GMAW as required.
Weld carbon steel alloy steel and stainless steel pipes.
Read and interpret isometric drawings welding symbols and specifications.
Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass visual RT UT or other NDT requirements.
Maintain welding equipment tools and consumables in good condition.
Qualifications & Certifications
ITI / Technical Certificate in Welding or equivalent.
Valid 6G / 6GR welding certification (ASME / AWS / ISO or equivalent).
Valid process-specific certifications (SMAW/GTAW/FCAW) as applicable.
Knowledge of welding codes such as ASME Section IX is preferred.
Minimum 510 years of experience as a 6G / 6GR Welder.
Proven experience in oil & gas piping shipyard offshore or refinery projects.
