We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Information and Communications Technology department you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our organizations ICT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of complex ICT systems and infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures
- Manage and optimize network performance including WAN LAN and wireless networks
- Oversee virtualization initiatives and implement server consolidation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT solutions with business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Develop and maintain documentation for ICT systems processes and procedures
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ICT services and equipment
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 15 years of experience in ICT engineering roles with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Advanced knowledge of ICT infrastructure including networking servers storage and cloud technologies
- Expertise in network design implementation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Experience with virtualization technologies and server consolidation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management abilities and experience leading technical teams
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and emerging technologies
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the ICT sector
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
