- Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
- Assist in preparing accurate forecasts for revenue and occupancy.
- Generate regular reports on revenue performance for management review.
- Support the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Monitor and adjust rates in response to changes in demand and competitor actions.
- Work closely with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
- Provide training and guidance on revenue management practices to relevant staff.
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy during low-demand periods.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promotions.

Qualifications :
- Previous Hotel Manager System experience preferred.
- Previous Reservation Managerial experience for 2 years is required.
- Computer-literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Luxury hotel sales experience having had varied market KSA experience.
