Job Summary

  • Analyze market trends occupancy rates and competitive positioning to inform pricing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
  • Assist in preparing accurate forecasts for revenue and occupancy.
  • Generate regular reports on revenue performance for management review.
  • Support the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions.
  • Monitor and adjust rates in response to changes in demand and competitor actions.
  • Work closely with sales marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals.
  • Provide training and guidance on revenue management practices to relevant staff.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy during low-demand periods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promotions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings and pricing.
  • Support initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Utilize revenue management software and tools to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in revenue management.

Qualifications :

  • Previous Hotel Manager System experience preferred.
  • Previous Reservation Managerial experience for 2 years is required.
  • Computer-literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Luxury hotel sales experience having had varied market KSA experience.
