We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Events and Recreation Teams
- Drive operational excellence guest satisfaction and financial performance.
- Lead and inspire department heads ensuring alignment with Marriott standards.
- Implement strategies for profitability compliance and service innovation.
- Serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Manager.
What Were Looking For:
- Degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
- 4 years in hotel operations leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multi-department teams and deliver results.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Pre-opening experience and or resort experience are strong advantage.
