Director of Operations Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort Opening 2026

Join the pre-opening team of Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort a world-class destination on Moroccos Atlantic coast. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Events and Recreation Teams
  • Drive operational excellence guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Lead and inspire department heads ensuring alignment with Marriott standards.
  • Implement strategies for profitability compliance and service innovation.
  • Serve on the Executive Committee and report directly to the General Manager.

What Were Looking For:

  • Degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
  • 4 years in hotel operations leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-department teams and deliver results.
  • Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
  • Pre-opening experience and or resort experience are strong advantage.
