I. Offline Strategy and Execution Leadership
Plan and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly offline marketing plans including events BTL activations physical advertising and promotional materials that directly support the sales targets of all six business units.
Manage allocate and control the marketing budget specifically for all Offline BTL and Event activities ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for all physical marketing spend.
Track analyze and report on the effectiveness of all offline campaigns using key metrics such as event lead quality conversion rates and brand awareness shifts to the Marketing Director and senior management.
II. Team and Production Management
Lead the team and serve as the main point of liaison between the Offline Marketing Team and the Marketing Director.
Manage the workload development and performance of the entire section including the Warehouse team (for material logistics) Graphic Designers Marketing Specialists and Production teams.
Mentor and coach team members ensuring high standards of execution and collaboration across all projects.
Serve as the primary operational custodian of Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD) compliance for all marketing materials adhering strictly to international franchise standards (e.g. Harley-Davidson Scania).
Oversee all design and printing processes to ensure absolute accuracy verifying that there are no spelling mistakes incorrect wordings or phrases in any final printed or produced material.
Manage the production quality and distribution of all physical collateral signage and event setups.
III. Business Unit Activation
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity over a team.
Mandatory deep expertise in Offline Marketing channels including events management BTL (Below-the-Line) activations physical production and traditional media (print outdoor).
Proven ability to lead mentor and manage a diverse team (including designers specialists and logistics/warehouse personnel).
Strong knowledge of Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD) standards and experience managing adherence for international franchise brands (OEMs).
Excellent skills in project management budget allocation and vendor negotiation (e.g. printers event organizers media houses).
High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring 100% accuracy in all physical collateral and communications.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
