Be a visionary social leader with a perspective on the future of the space.

Oversee development and of best in class social strategies.

Oversee the creation of standout social content leading production and studio outputs

Foster meaningful engagement and respond and react to keep on track with campaign KPIs

Ensure we have cutting edge measurement and evaluation frameworks that continually keep us pushing forwards on defining success across the industry.

Able to provide high level counsel to clients social and comms teams.

Manage a team of designers content creators and community managers setting a culture for the team and department.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in social media management content strategy and digital marketing.
Proven track record of leading social media teams and delivering highimpact campaigns for major brands or agencies.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Media Journalism or a related field.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta TikTok X LinkedIn YouTube Snapchat etc. and trends.
- Strong expertise in social strategy content creation community management and performance analytics.
- Ability to translate brand goals into innovative and effective social campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and mentor creative teams (designers content creators community managers).
- Strong clientfacing communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in social analytics tools (Sprinklr Sprout Social Brandwatch native platform analytics etc..
- Experience developing measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success and optimize results.
