The Projects Installation Supervision Field Manager will manage the project installation supervision team initiate and respond to ongoing project implementation steps to achieve project goals.

Salary:

Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the Project installation according to company standards and procedures.
Initiates and maintains an ongoing process of Best Practices in Project installation with his superiors subordinates and other on-site stakeholders (customer other contractors customer supervisors).
Direct the customer project teams in a results-oriented environment full collaboration and knowledge-sharing approach.
Prioritizes the daily activities of the on-site Project team to ensure efficiency and goal accomplishment.
Become technical expert for company projects.
Maintains reporting routines on Projects installation status.
Document the areas handover responsibility upon system commissioning
Document recommended corrective actions.
Responsible for companys site safety and all EHS.

Key Skills:

English at high level is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in managing irrigation project supervision and construction teams
Minimum 5 years of actual engineering experience in relevant activities (Bulk water supply and Infield irrigation system infrastructure) is essential.
Previous experience in practical Project installation is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Organizational skills and leadership.
Team Player.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Determination and target orientation philosophy.
Ability and readiness for field works.
Computer skills Office / AutoCAD - essential.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering Degree or academic studies related to Project Management.
