ملخص الوظيفة
As a Business Operations Manager youll oversee and drive the execution of operational processes ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and the successful delivery of group projects. Youll lead planning initiatives manage dependencies and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and your day-to-day you will:
Lead group execution by managing GANTT charts overseeing planning and ensuring internal visibility across teams
Coordinate and follow up on end-to-end contribution processes with external teams
Manage and execute 1-2 group projects in depth while actively contributing to the team
Collect and manage dependencies from external teams serving as the focal point for communication and status updates
Define and optimize team processes including meeting structures visibility experiment management and translations
Identify and resolve obstacles product dilemmas and dependency issues
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in a relevant field
Fluent English both written and spoken
Strong project management skills including proficiency in tools like Sheets Jira Monday and Slides
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to foresee challenges and mitigate them proactively
Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm demeanor under stress and a flexible mindset
