We are looking for a talented Senior Technology Project Manager to join our Support Systems Engineering Team within the IT Operations this strategic role you will be at the forefront of the Operational transformation for Customer Journey driving the implementation of Technical solution such as Agentic AI and overseeing our global transition to a unified Omnichannel platform.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills a high level of technical understanding and a passion for delivering secure scalable and high-performance solutions that support company goals.
What youll do:
- Technical & AI Strategy Execution: Lead and manage operational technical & AI projects from discovery through implementation partnering with business owners to define the projects requirements and scope.
- Omnichannel Migration: Manage the complex transition from legacy systems to a modern Omnichannel platform ensuring zero disruption to service during the migration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product Engineering Data and Operations teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Communitcate project milestones risks and ROI to senior leadership and global department heads.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and measurments (e.g. AI deflection rates sentiment analysis resolution time) and monitor the impact of the Omnichannel integration on CX metrics.
Who you are:
- At least 4 years of experience leading complex technical projects within an Enterprise-grade environment.
- Deep technical understanding of integration solutions and practical familiarity with REST API.
- Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into actionable high-performance technical solutions.
- Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading relevant ceremonies to drive on-time execution.
- Detail-oriented approach with the willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions and perform comprehensive risk assessments.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate stakeholders and articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- A proactive can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

- AI & Innovation: Hands-on experience leading AI-related project lifecycles specifically focusing on Agentic AI or Generative AI.
- Omnichannel Expertise: Experience managing migrations to modern Omnichannel platforms (e.g. Nice CX1 Salesforce Oracle Zendesk or Genesys).
