- Supervise the performance and activities of the lobby lounge team.
- Ensure that the lobby lounge is well-maintained clean and presentable at all times.
- Oversee the food and beverage service provided to guests in the lounge.
- Train schedule and motivate lounge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries comments and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure seamless operations in the lounge.
- Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals updates and any necessary changes.
- Assist in developing promotions or special events to drive traffic to the lobby lounge.
Qualifications :
- Saudi National
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
