We are looking for a driven Account Manager with proven experience in the localization industry to play a pivotal role in managing and growing client accounts.
-Account Growth & Revenue Expansion: Drive account success through upselling cross-selling and renewals consistently exceeding targets.
-Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients including C-level executives ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
-Analytical Insights: Transform numbers and performance data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
-Client Retention & Feedback Management: Handle customer feedback effectively ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
-Lead impactful presentations and negotiations including meetings with C-level clients.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing project management client services) to ensure client success.
-Support multichannel marketing and outreach activities to strengthen client engagement.
-Maintain accurate account data and pipeline tracking using CRM tools (HubSpot Fresh works etc.).
-Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
-Experience: 13 years as an Account Manager (localization industry experience is a must).
-Skills: Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
-Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot Fresh works etc.); familiarity with marketing activities is a plus.
-Presentation Skills: Confidence in leading client meetings and delivering compelling business proposals.
-Language: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
