Job Description Summary

This role focuses on managing strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical distributors and warehouse networks to ensure efficient supply chain operations and exceptional customer service. It involves overseeing distributor relationships handling customer complaints and inquiries and driving service excellence through proactive engagement and resolution strategies. The position plays a key role in aligning distribution activities with business goals while fostering a customer-centric environment.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Sales Delivery: Lead the National Wholesalers Team to achieve sales objectives through effective resource management clear goal setting and team development.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement business plans budgets and performance objectives for distributor accounts ensuring cross-functional alignment and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement: Build long-term value-driven relationships with distributors and ensure access to key decision-makers to support Novartis portfolio positioning.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee order processing logistics coordination and ensure timely delivery and data accuracy for all distributor transactions.
  • Reporting & Financial Oversight: Manage operating budgets stock in trade and issue monthly reports on distribution plans trade loading and inventory status.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in pharmacy or another field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity role and at least 3 years in similar position or within the Sales function within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong English and Arabic languages skills.
