As a Warehouse & Yards Manager you will be responsible for facilitating transactions producing assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order

As a Warehouse & Yard Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading coordinating or overseeing warehouse & logistics operations.
• Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations reducing controllable expenses VCP & contract labor spend and covering EHS logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing receiving and shipping).
• Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse).
• Managing and coordinate communication between the project managers global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed.
• Overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery.
• Driving cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.
• Working together with high level people from the business and managerial and senior managerial levels.
• Specifying needs communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
• Handling standardized project processes.
• Handling the process and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Handling diverse clients in MENATI region.
• Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations.
• Have previous experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Have hands-on experience with SAP.
• Have previous experience in oil and gas is preferred.
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have the ability to influence others and lead teams.
• Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Abile to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Have Proven analytical and organizational ability.
