Oktopost powers social media management and employee advocacy enabling B2B companies to become truly social organizations. Our social suite enables marketers to manage scale and measure social media programs.

Trusted by global brands and fully integrated with the modern marketing tech stack were a dedicated team focused on helping our customers succeed.

Were looking for an HR Manager for a 6 month replacement with the possibility for extension. The start date is October 2025. Our office is located in the Bursa business district Ramat Gan.

What youll do

    • Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end) including contract finalization onboarding day-to-day employee experience and offboarding.
    • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function while taking an active role in the interview and selection process.
    • Oversee operations and administrative functions for our Israel site ensuring smooth day-to-day office management.
    • Develop and execute annual work plans and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Design implement and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews eNPS satisfaction surveys roundtable discussions and more.
    • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all locations providing guidance and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Finance Legal IT etc.).
    • Drive the HR strategy creating clarity in complexity by implementing smart scalable processes that support a global fast-moving organization.

What were looking for

    • Youve owned the end-to-end HR function in at least one early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
    • You have experience in global companies of up to 100 employees.
    • Youve led HR across multiple countries and can navigate global employment law compensation structures and compliance requirements.
    • Youve driven measurable impact from accelerating hiring processes and boosting employee engagement to improving retention and fostering a positive high-performance workplace culture.
    • You excel at turning strategy into action with clarity urgency and a strong human touch.
