Job Description

Were looking for an HR Manager for a 6 month replacement with the possibility for extension. The start date is October 2025. Our office is located in the Bursa business district Ramat Gan.
What youll do
- Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end) including contract finalization onboarding day-to-day employee experience and offboarding.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function while taking an active role in the interview and selection process.
- Oversee operations and administrative functions for our Israel site ensuring smooth day-to-day office management.
- Develop and execute annual work plans and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Design implement and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews eNPS satisfaction surveys roundtable discussions and more.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all locations providing guidance and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Finance Legal IT etc.).
- Drive the HR strategy creating clarity in complexity by implementing smart scalable processes that support a global fast-moving organization.
What were looking for
- Youve owned the end-to-end HR function in at least one early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
- You have experience in global companies of up to 100 employees.
- Youve led HR across multiple countries and can navigate global employment law compensation structures and compliance requirements.
- Youve driven measurable impact from accelerating hiring processes and boosting employee engagement to improving retention and fostering a positive high-performance workplace culture.
- You excel at turning strategy into action with clarity urgency and a strong human touch.
