A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Overseeing the invoicing process and staying in contact with different HMOs in Israel such as Maccabi Meuchedet Leumit Clalit and ensure billing process is going smoothly.
• Receiving all delivery notes implement reports from the field team and preparing of all needed documentation.
• Actively contacting the HMOs to receive the orders in correlation with product used.
• Coordinating the orders with Medtronic customer care department.
• Follow up unbilled products.
• Providing general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A first- or second-year student in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Logistic or Economics.
• Tech savvy: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English both written and verbal.
• Great communication skills service-oriented ability to interact with different functions inside and outside the company.
• High work ethic and commitment
