Were looking for a dynamic Property Investment Consultant to work closely with our network of high-net-worth investors guiding them towards the most suitable property opportunities.
Tasks
- Manage relationships with both UK-based and international clients.
- Ensure swift and decisive action on high-demand properties.
- Create urgency build trust and close deals effectively.
- Stay on top of multiple deals simultaneously.
- Negotiate and close property deals on the same day.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth.
Note: This is not a role for cold-calling or waiting for leads youll thrive in a fast-paced environment where negotiation and decisive action lead to high rewards.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in high-ticket B2B sales ideally in property or investment.
- Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable thriving under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value deals concurrently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
