الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain telecom equipment such as routers switches PBX systems fiber optic cables and wireless devices.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of telecom systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connectivity signal transmission and network performance.
Perform cabling termination and testing for both copper and fiber optic networks.
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and service providers for technical support and spare parts.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and other departments as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certification in Telecommunications Electronics or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecom installation maintenance and repair (experience in Qatar preferred).
Knowledge of telecom systems fiber optic technology VoIP and networking fundamentals.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Must be able to work in various environments including field sites and adapt to flexible working hours.
Working Conditions:
Field and office-based work environment.
May require working in shifts or on-call support.
Adherence to all company safety and operational procedures is mandatory.
