The Digital Marketing Manager at Fairmont Nile City will be responsible for leading the hotels digital marketing efforts to elevate online visibility increase direct bookings and drive engagement across all digital platforms. A key focus of the role will be the promotion of our Food & Beverage outlets and catering offerings ensuring strategic alignment across all digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making and brings a strong background in digital marketing within luxury hospitality or upscale F&B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall hotel business goals
- Content Development: Oversee content creation for website social media email and digital adsparticularly for F&B promotions and catering events
- Social Media Management: Manage all social platforms ensuring timely engaging content and active community interaction
- SEO & SEM: Implement and optimize organic and paid search strategies with a focus on converting traffic to bookings and reservations
- Email Marketing: Execute segmented campaigns targeting past and prospective guests for offers dining experiences and events
- Digital Advertising: Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta and other platforms to support Rooms and F&B
- Website Oversight: Ensure hotel website and outlet pages are optimized visually appealing and conversion-friendly
- Analytics & Insights: Monitor KPIs track campaign effectiveness and provide monthly performance reports
- Reputation Management: Manage guest feedback across TripAdvisor Google and social channels with timely responses and sentiment tracking
- Influencer Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with digital influencers and relevant partners to expand reach and awareness
- Budget Management: Oversee digital spend and ensure cost-effective media placements and campaigns
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Sales Events Culinary and Revenue teams to align on digital activations and promotions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role preferably within the hospitality industry or luxury brand environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms creating engaging content and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Sound understanding of SEO principles and experience with relevant SEO tools.
- Experience with the setup and management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Proficiency in utilizing email marketing platforms and applying email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Excellent 1 written and verbal communication 2 skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is advantageous).
